We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. If you know Kailua, you know this location is pretty much ideal. Basically right across the street from a really great beach access (not too busy, far enough away from the beach parks). It’s a quick drive or a leisurely walk to Kailua Town and all the awesome shops and restaurants there. Then you’ve got the place itself - perfect for couples or families, clean, well-appointed, and always comfortable with the Split A/C units. It’s private (we had a crying baby and never had to worry about waking anyone), and the side yard with the outdoor shower is great for kids. If this place is available for your dates, don’t hesitate- just book it. You’re not going to find something better for the price in Kailua.

We had an amazing month stay here!! Jason was over and above accommodating and so quick to reply and help us with anything we needed. My husband and I stayed here for the month with our 2 year old and 10 month old and it was everything we could have dreamed! Love that they have a crib at the house as well as other baby items. We’ll remember this trip forever!!! 10/10 would recommend staying here! Such a cute location too.

Loved our stay in Kailua! Stayed for a month and had some family and friends visit while we were there, the house accommodated us all very well. We will truly miss being in Kailua, the ease of walking to the beach, and of course the property cat, Sam. Would love to come back and do it all again.

Jason’s home was great. Just one minute from the beach, ample beach gear (tent, surf boards, boogie boards, wagon, sand toys etc). House is well stocked (especially the kitchen), clean and welcoming. Loved having the office space with fast internet - a must for those working remotely. Couldn’t have asked for a more thoughtful or kind host. Will stay again next time I’m in Kailua.
